Bulletproof and Easy Eating Guide

Well, I gave up my bulletproof morning coffee to see if it really was helping my mental function and overall feeling full and energetic.  Oh my, yes, yes, yes.  Now I’m back with bulletproof brain octane softgels with my black coffee and grass fed cows’ butter on an egg.  Good until noon or 1 p.m. before I eat a meal.  Lots of energy and feel unbelievable!

Also, found a simple guide for computing limits for daily consumption of carbs and protein.

Just remember: 1, 100, 1/2

1 gram of protein per pound of body weight

100 grams of carbs per day (60 for women)

1/2 gram of fat per pound of weight
